Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own full-stack product experiences supporting partner integrations, onboarding flows, and growth surfaces
• Design and develop backend services and APIs for scalable, secure partner experiences
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and data science teams to translate strategy into shipped products
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and metrics instrumentation, to drive adoption and retention
• Establish best practices for building extensible, partner-friendly systems at scale

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering full-stack features that drive user acquisition, activation, or monetization
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, including API and service design
• Strong experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and connecting technical work to business outcomes
• Ability to design systems with a focus on scalability and long-term robustness
• Experience navigating ambiguity and structuring new, complex problem areas
