Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable fullstack systems for consumer and enterprise health
• Own end-to-end feature development from design through deployment and monitoring
• Build and maintain data pipelines and services meeting strict privacy and HIPAA requirements
• Collaborate with researchers and safety teams to integrate reliability and guardrails
• Debug, optimize, and harden systems for high availability and global scale
• Drive ambiguous problems to practical, high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing maintainable, production-quality code
• Strong engineering skills with a focus on building durable, well-designed systems
• Ability to operate with high agency and minimal supervision
• Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on mission impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong product engineering instincts
• Entrepreneurial drive or previous experience as a founder
• Prior experience with health-related products
• High-quality public code or open-source contributions
• Experience building compliant or regulated products (healthcare, finance, etc.)
• Experience with distributed systems, backend architecture, or large-scale data pipelines
