Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end agentic product experiences across web, desktop, mobile, APIs, and integrations
• Work directly with customers to understand AI agent adoption and translate insights into product direction
• Build products such as AI-powered code review, application generation, and workflow automation
• Partner with research teams to transform model capabilities into reliable customer-facing features
• Design enterprise-ready capabilities including identity, governance, permissions, and compliance
• Prototype quickly and use product telemetry and customer feedback to guide iteration
• Define new interaction patterns between humans and AI agents

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience shipping customer-facing products
• Proven track record of turning ambiguous ideas into successful products
• Experience building developer tools, SaaS products, workflow systems, or AI-powered products
• Experience working closely with users to translate feedback into improvements
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows and agentic software systems
• Experience with enterprise software concepts like identity, permissions, and governance
• Proficiency working across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and product design
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving 0→1 environments
