Full Stack Software Engineer, ML Data & Evaluations

Responsibilities

• Architect interactive data systems and interfaces that unify robot and Skill Capture Gloves™ data to enable human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop high-performance evaluation and benchmarking tools to compare model-driven motion against human-captured ground truth.
• Build data processing and orchestration services that transform raw sensor data into ML-ready formats.
• Accelerate the research-to-production loop by creating infrastructure for on-robot evaluations and performance visualization.
• Maintain startup fluidity by shifting priorities and domains as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling cloud-native applications.
• Mastery of modern frontend technologies, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js or Python.
• Experience building high-throughput internal tooling or human-in-the-loop platforms.
• A high bar for building low-friction interfaces for complex model behaviors and sensor data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founding or early-stage hire capable of defining roadmaps.
• Experience building robust ETL pipelines for terabytes of multi-modal data.
• Familiarity with experiment tracking frameworks such as Weights & Biases or MLFlow.
