Full Stack Software Engineer, Growth

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term growth of ChatGPT through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
• Plan and deploy backend APIs necessary to power new product experiences.
• Execute high-impact projects by collaborating closely with research, product, design, and data science teams.
• Optimize user funnels, including account access, notifications, SEO, and value discovery.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture that encourages radical candor and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience shipping web features that optimize user funnels (e.g., landing pages, purchase flows, or search flows).
• Strong analytical skills with experience designing and implementing A/B tests and scientific experiments.
• Ability to design and implement robust backend APIs.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating rapidly changing conditions.
• Proven ability to track and interpret business metrics and KPIs.
