Full Stack Software Engineer (Generalist)

Responsibilities

• Architect and build systems across the entire ecosystem, including data collection pipelines, ML training platforms, and robot management tools.
• Develop Data Operation Tooling to manage global collectors and audit massive amounts of human motion data.
• Build Machine Learning Systems to support model evaluation and human-in-the-loop observability.
• Architect Robot Fleet Management systems to securely monitor and manage robots in real-world environments.
• Build core infrastructure, shared services, and APIs to increase engineering velocity across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling cloud-native applications.
• Mastery of React and TypeScript for modern frontend development.
• Mastery of Node.js and Python for robust backend services.
• Proven experience scaling cloud-native applications.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to architect solutions that balance speed with long-term stability.
• High rate of learning and ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founding or early-stage engineer in a startup environment.
• Curiosity for robotics, machine learning, or IoT.
• Experience building platforms that handle terabytes of data or thousands of concurrent devices.
