Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software across the full stack
• Build and optimize user facing applications and integrate them with backend services
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to prioritize revenue-impacting features
• Implement best practices for security, testing, and deployment
• Engage with customers to translate needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and mentorship

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and scaling full stack web applications
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, and AWS
• Experience with React or Next.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
• Proven experience building complex SaaS products
• Strong leadership and communication skills
