Full Stack Software Engineer

BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia on a mission to help people plan, save, and grow their money. We are expanding into a comprehensive AI Neobank app covering spending, saving, investing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services
• Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability
• Use analytics and feedback to improve features after launch
• Build tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed

Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems
• Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications
• Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in debugging across the entire stack
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be based in the Philippines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms
