Full Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

Responsibilities

• Own the AI development loop by reviewing and iterating on AI-generated code to provide training signals for agents
• Architect the codebase for AI legibility, ensuring clean data models and strong documentation
• Build and maintain an automated product pipeline including signal detection, agent-generated requirements, and AI-driven development
• Ship full-stack features using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js, Elixir, or Ruby on Rails on the backend
• Build workflow infrastructure that enables non-technical teams to operate the platform without engineering tickets
• Monitor production environments to diagnose and fix agent failures and system edge cases

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, Cursor) in a real development workflow
• Proficiency with React/TypeScript
• Proficiency with at least one backend language (Node.js, Elixir, or Ruby on Rails)
• Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases
• Strong product instincts and a high ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or operating agentic workflows in production
• Experience designing feedback loops that improve AI output quality over time
• Background at a startup or high-growth company
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with REST or GraphQL API design
