Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions that streamline user workflows
• Work alongside senior software engineers to deliver end-to-end features with high levels of ownership
• Coordinate with web platform and design system teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Engage in the company's inner-source culture to foster standardization across React, Terraform, and Python codebases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of full-stack development experience (or 1+ years in frontend and 1+ years in backend)
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Experience with React
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web components, Svelte, or Ember
• Background in product engineering
• Experience using generative AI for coding tasks
