Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React and JavaScript
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET (C#)
• Leverage Python for scripting, automation, data processing, or AI/ML integrations
• Design secure and scalable RESTful APIs
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Security
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
• Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of technologies, including AI tools

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant IT field
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET (C#), and AWS
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI for CI/CD pipeline management
• Experience in at least one full software development lifecycle (Agile preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience working on Singapore Government projects is a strong advantage
• Experience in a consulting or product development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rapid application development platforms such as OutSystems
• Working experience with Content Management Systems like Sitefinity or SharePoint Online
• Knowledge of data analytics, product metrics, or AI/ML tooling
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Figma, or Miro
• AWS Developer/Solutions Architect or Scrum Master certification
