Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to an agile, cross-functional development team
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for search and AI-powered systems
• Architect systems leveraging LLM integrations, RAG, and vector databases
• Establish guardrails for AI systems including evaluation frameworks and observability
• Champion Agile technical practices such as TDD, pair programming, and CI/CD
• Lead DevOps adoption including build, release automation, and infrastructure improvements
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow both technically and professionally
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers on technical feasibility and strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development
• Proven experience leading agile development teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing systems involving search engines, semantic search, or RAG architectures
• Production experience integrating LLMs into applications
• Understanding of AI system governance, security, and responsible AI practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
