Full Stack Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic product systems, including reasoning, planning, tool use, and feedback loops
• Partner with product managers, designers, and customers to identify AI-driven workflow improvements
• Build infrastructure for AI systems including orchestration frameworks, context pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
• Work across the full stack from backend orchestration and data pipelines to user-facing interfaces
• Ship fast prototypes and turn promising ideas into production systems used by retailers at scale
• Help the organization adopt agentic development workflows including AI-assisted coding and testing

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience building production software systems
• Strong ability to build across the full stack (backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing applications)
• Experience or deep interest in LLM APIs, agent frameworks, vector search, and event-driven systems
• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
