About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using MERN stack

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong leadership and communication skills
