Full Stack Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack application development activities
• Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation
• Review code, mentor developers, and ensure coding best practices
• Optimize application performance and maintain code quality standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in Angular and CSS for responsive UI development
• High proficiency in C# and .NET technologies
• Proven experience in full stack application development
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
• Expertise in database design and writing complex SQL queries
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise application development teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment
