Full Stack Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack software solutions within the Mortgages domain.
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers within large delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure software reliability.
• Drive technical excellence by staying informed of industry trends and contributing to the organization's technology communities.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls related to software development and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java (JDK 17+), Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture for high-volume transactional environments.
• Proven experience with frontend technologies including Angular or React Native, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
• Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and encryption.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and enterprise development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in highly regulated financial environments with strict compliance and audit requirements.
• Deep understanding of system resiliency, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and large-scale delivery models.
• Banking domain expertise in mortgages, lending, or core banking systems.
