Full Stack Java Sr. Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive case management user interface using Java microservice architecture to support AML FIU investigations.
• Enhance case management systems by implementing automated search capabilities within internal and external platforms.
• Develop advanced visualizations for transactional summaries to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Improve case summarization features and optimize the alert, case, and SAR creation processes.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex project requirements into technical specifications.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to refining user stories and conducting code reviews.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Compliance Functions (AML, Transaction Monitoring) within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in cloud-based technologies and containerization services such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Understanding of Kafka architecture and experience developing KSQL queries.
• Proficiency with REST API platforms and testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Knowledge of application security platforms including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Karma, and Jasmine.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD processes, and Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Actimize solutions (SAM, RCM, etc.).
• Background in Financial Services consulting engagements.
