About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade. Through a B2B marketplace and AI systems like FleekSort, we are digitizing the supply chain to make secondhand the first choice and reduce fashion waste.

Responsibilities

• Automate financial reporting by building systems that translate business events into financial data
• Build integrations to connect internal systems and databases with finance tools
• Map business events to ledger outcomes to define accounting entry triggers
• Partner with finance, product, and technical stakeholders to improve system behavior
• Create scalable finance infrastructure to reduce manual workarounds

Requirements

• Strong technical building ability and experience with integrations or automations
• Product and data acumen to understand business logic and user flows
• Foundational finance knowledge including ledgers, chart of accounts, and accounting entries
• Experience connecting operational workflows to finance or data outputs
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, finance tooling, or operational systems
• Experience deploying AI agents or similar automation tooling
• A background blending finance with product or technical work
