Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch high-impact products to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
• Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems for international growth
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development workflows
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
• Develop automation systems to eliminate manual work
• Build and maintain integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and OpenAI
• Implement AI-powered workflows and agents to improve business productivity
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to translate business challenges into technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience designing and scaling production systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to balance speed with engineering quality
• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers or technical teams
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Experience with AI products or LLM integrations
• Experience with SaaS, marketplace, travel, or PropTech businesses
• Proficiency with FastAPI, React, AWS, or Supabase
