Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and own production-quality code as a hands-on technical contributor
• Champion AI-first software delivery approaches to enhance development efficiency and automate tasks
• Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and Designers to align technical solutions with business goals
• Advocate for technical health by investing in test coverage, refactoring, and debt reduction

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep expertise in JavaScript or Java with strong knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., SOLID, microservices)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (TDD/BDD)
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modelling
• Experience using AI tools and frameworks within the software delivery lifecycle
