Full-stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with the ITS team to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with the Enterprise AI strategy
• Design and manage the enterprise agentic-AI orchestration platform with focus on UX, security, and governance
• Partner with Publishing, Infra, IT, and Legal to ship high-value AI capabilities like agents, automations, and copilots
• Build and nurture a cross-functional Community of Practice around enterprise AI adoption
• Collaborate with developers to plan, design, build, and unit-test applications

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on production experience with TypeScript, Python, or similar AI-related languages
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Dify, n8n) and orchestration tools (LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen)
• Familiarity with RAG, vector DBs, and retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience with LLM landscapes including Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Alibaba Qwen
• Experience in automation and web application development
• Experience with Git version control
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Game development experience
• Image recognition and XR development experience
• Mobile client and console platform development experience
• Experience designing and building enterprise AI applications for production use
• Experience optimizing token cost via caching and batching
• Knowledge of multimodal algorithms such as CLIP, LLAVA, or VALL-E
• Knowledge of TRiSM (Trust, Risk, and Security Management) frameworks for AI
