Full Stack Engineer

Raven is a YC-backed startup (S22) building AI assistants for manufacturing plants. We’re taking decades of manufacturing expertise and combining it with AI to solve real operational problems. We’re a small, focused team working to make industrial operations safer, smarter, and more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, intuitive UIs in React/TypeScript for operators, engineers, and technicians
• Design agent-driven interfaces for chat, diagram annotation, workflow guidance, and real-time ops
• Create frontend infrastructure for rendering large technical documents, live signals, and retrieved knowledge
• Work closely with backend and AI engineers to ship workflows across the full stack
• Translate ambiguity into clean user flows that make advanced AI feel simple

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of frontend-heavy product development experience
• Strong skills in React/TypeScript
• Comfort working across the stack including basic APIs, DB integrations, and build tools
• Interest in working with LLM-based agents, chat systems, and multimodal interfaces
• Ownership mindset regarding real-world impact and product polish

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a startup environment
