Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of core backend and platform capabilities for the Plaud Developer Platform
• Support Partner and Third-Party integrations
• Learn and apply best practices in OAuth authorization, access control, and multi-tenant architecture
• Help build and maintain standardized APIs, SDK interfaces, and developer onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with product, device, and AI service teams to deliver cross-system solutions
• Actively learn and apply AI tools to improve engineering workflows including documentation, testing, and debugging
• Continuously improve platform stability, performance, and developer experience

Requirements

• 1 year of backend engineering experience
• Exposure to platform or API development
• Basic understanding of OAuth 2.0, authentication, and authorization concepts
• Experience with API design or developer-facing tooling
• Proactive attitude toward adopting AI tools
• Good communication skills
