Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain admin consoles, IAM flows, notifications, and collaboration features
• Implement secure auth patterns with Keycloak/OpenFGA and expose tamper-evident audit views
• Deliver accessible, performant React components with robust testing and telemetry
• Participate in on-call, observability, and incident response for Core services
• Collaborate closely with Design, Platform, and customer-facing teams to prioritize impact

Requirements

• 3–7 years building production-grade TypeScript applications across frontend and backend
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and tRPC
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, and secure UI patterns
• Comfortable with Kubernetes/GitOps workflows and on-call rotations
• Eligible to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time collaboration (WebSockets, CRDTs), accessibility, or design systems
• Exposure to Temporal.io, graph/map visualization, or regulated industry products
• German language proficiency (B1+)
