OffDeal is the world’s first AI-native investment bank for small businesses. We are building software to automate 80%+ of analyst work with AI, allowing our in-house bankers to focus on earning owners’ trust and closing deals. Having recently closed a $12M Series A, we are scaling rapidly to disrupt the traditional M&A landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-house investment bankers to own 0 to 1 projects from ideation to deployment
• Build across the entire stack within a 100% TypeScript codebase
• Work with cutting-edge AI technology, including in-house AI agents and complex recommendation and search algorithms

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience shipping 0 to 1 products
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and unstructured startup environments
• Strong product sense with the ability to act as your own product manager and designer
• Generalist mindset with a passion for full-stack development
