About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Ship end-to-end features including API design, UI development, backend services, and data models
  • Optimize application performance, latency, caching, and database queries
  • Maintain high code quality through testing, strong typing, linting, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with Design, Research, and customers to refine product requirements and UX
  • Operate production systems using observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
  • Make technical and product tradeoffs to prioritize effectively based on user feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications at scale
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern web application architecture
  • Experience with Next.js, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and background job systems
  • Proven track record of owning features from technical design through deployment
  • Strong engineering fundamentals in testing, CI/CD, and type safety
  • Experience operating production systems with logging, metrics, and tracing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-native products using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases
  • Familiarity with vLLM, model serving, or lightweight ML infrastructure
  • Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets, streaming, or Server Actions
  • Infrastructure experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Vercel
  • Strong product intuition regarding UI polish and design systems
