We build AI for local governments, serving cities across 10+ states. Our mission is to augment every local government workflow with LLMs and harness the collective knowledge of US cities to improve decision making. We have raised $4.5M from investors like Penny Jar, Formation, and Pathlight.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a horizontal AI agent that works across all departments, cities, and states
• Automatically process millions of government records to create agent-legible knowledge graphs
• Own and execute core projects from architecture to implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years building production systems at high-velocity startups
• Track record of shipping and owning AI products end-to-end
• Experience integrating AI into product workflows using LLMs or agentic frameworks
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, Supabase, Selenium, NextJS, TailwindCSS, shadcn, and LLM APIs
• Based in SF or NY and willing to work onsite 5 days a week
