Full Stack Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tooling to support engineering workflows
• Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools including design, implementation, and testing
• Build intuitive user interfaces and workflows for technical users
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations for dashboards and AI-enabled workflows
• Partner with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical internal products
• Follow best practices for testing, code quality, and maintainability

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong front-end experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Experience with backend systems, APIs, or internal tools using Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong fundamentals in application design, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work in high-ambiguity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools for engineering teams (dashboards, data review tools, etc.)
• Experience in the Aerospace industry
• Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities into software products
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern deployment workflows
• Prior experience in a startup environment
