Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features for the Commercial Insurance platform using Claude-assisted coding methodologies.
• Build and maintain React/Angular frontends and Node.js/Python APIs.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Integrate with globally developed platform components and adapt them for Australian market requirements.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to translate user stories into working features.
• Leverage Claude AI for rapid prototyping, code generation, and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (React/Angular and Node.js/Python).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, or similar).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance or financial services domain experience.
• Experience with AppWorks or similar BPM platforms.
• TypeScript expertise.
• Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.
