Full Stack Engineer

Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software. We are transforming how enterprises build software using an agentic platform that can autonomously execute a significant portion of software development work.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and ship production-ready code
• Use Generative AI tools daily to enhance software quality and efficacy
• Evaluate and make technical architecture decisions optimizing for speed, quality, and safety
• Take ownership of the code lifecycle and communicate technical decisions clearly
• Collaborate in-person with the Pune team and remotely with the U.S. engineering team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Deep expertise in Python, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proven track record building and shipping production applications end-to-end
• Experience working in a collaborative, in-person engineering environment
• Strong command of Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to cross-functional teammates

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or SageMaker
• Extensive experience building enterprise-scale applications with >99% SLAs
• Production debugging and deployment experience across complex distributed systems
• Strong documentation practices and a GitHub portfolio
• Experience mentoring teammates
