Full Stack Engineer

BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to helping people plan, save, and grow their money. Originally a mobile-first insurance platform, the company is expanding into spending, saving, investing, and traveling to help people get more from their money every day.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic
• Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release
• Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale
• Monitor, debug, learn, and improve work beyond release

Requirements

• Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
• Proficiency across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging
• Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks
• Strong backend fundamentals regarding APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
• Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
• Based in Thailand
• Strong English communication skills
