Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and frontend applications to support fraud and insider threat solutions.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and security teams to translate user needs into technical requirements and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following software design principles and security standards.
• Design robust software architecture and implement CI/CD pipelines within a cloud infrastructure environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and managing development tasks via Jira.
• Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and mentor junior developers to improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL query optimization and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure).
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies and using Jira for issue tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of application security and compliance within a financial services context.
• Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
