Full Stack Developer (React) – AVP

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support modern React-based web applications for the Global Human Resources technology ecosystem
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) to support HR use cases
• Implement reusable components and frontend patterns to drive consistency across employee-facing experiences
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using modern compute, storage, and API management services
• Partner with integration teams to implement and consume Workday APIs and middleware patterns
• Collaborate with UX and HR stakeholders to translate employee needs into intuitive, accessible web experiences
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and secure coding practices

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on full stack development experience in a large enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend engineering with TypeScript
• Demonstrated experience building and consuming APIs
• Experience deploying applications to AWS and familiarity with cloud-native architectures
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with Workday integrations or APIs
• Familiarity with employee experience platforms or HR service delivery tools
• Exposure to enterprise identity/access patterns such as SSO, OAuth/OIDC, or SAML
• Experience with observability tooling including centralized logging, tracing, and monitoring
