Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Node.js (TypeScript) API services and Python scripts
• Architect relational schemas from existing document-based data models
• Design and execute zero-downtime migration strategies (dual-write, expand-contract)
• Own database performance, including indexing, query analysis, and connection pooling
• Work across MongoDB and PostgreSQL to read, process, and optimize data
• Contribute across the full stack, from front-end product work to back-end services

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js or Python
• Strong SQL and relational data fundamentals (joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing)
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and managing auth flows
• Proficiency in AWS (RDS, S3, ECS/Lambda) and Docker
• Proven experience shipping a production NoSQL to relational migration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with schema migration tooling such as Drizzle
• Strong computer science fundamentals and backend architecture ownership
• Experience in SaaS or product-led software environments
• Familiarity with MongoDB internals
