Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and extend integrations with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) handling API communication, authentication, and data mapping.
• Design reusable integration patterns to streamline the onboarding of new partners and data sources.
• Own the reliability of production integrations through monitoring, alerting, retry logic, and incident response.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from external and internal sources into our data infrastructure.
• Partner with analytics engineering to ensure high upstream data quality for downstream reporting.
• Contribute across the full stack, including front-end product work and back-end services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full-stack proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js or Python.
• Strong SQL skills and solid relational data fundamentals (joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including OAuth, rate limiting, and error handling.
• Experience with AWS (RDS, S3, ECS/Lambda) and Docker.
• Proven experience with integrations, ETL, or data engineering work.
• Disciplined approach to Git, pull requests, CI/CD, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with property management systems or other proptech platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tooling such as Fivetran or Airflow.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
