Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for the company’s eCommerce website and HRIS platform
• Build and enhance front-end user interfaces to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences
• Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and database structures to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Optimize website performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and environments
• Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and external services
• Develop new HRIS features to support employee lifecycle processes, reporting, and attendance management
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and web services
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments, and deployment processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on ERP, HRIS, CRM, or business management systems
