Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and enhance custom software applications, business process automations, and AI solutions
• Lead technical requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable designs
• Stay current on generative AI advancements, including model selection and optimization
• Champion responsible AI practices regarding accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with business innovation teams to deliver AI-powered insights
• Write clean, high-quality, scalable code using AI-assisted development tools
• Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions clearly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a developer or similar technical role
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Intermediate proficiency in Git workflows and GitHub
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and machine learning fundamentals
• Experience using REST APIs and JSON for system integration
• Ability to attain Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Azure AI Fundamentals certifications within 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools like Azure Power Platform, Foundry, or Copilot Studio
• Experience working in Scrum environments
• Scrum Master experience
