Full Stack Developer (Java)

Responsibilities

• Work within a cross-functional team of Developers and BSAs to design and implement technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture groups on design proposals, development, and application maintenance.
• Address and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and proactively engage stakeholders.
• Ensure all development activities align with the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture.
• Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong front-end expertise in Struts, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Hands-on experience with IBM technologies including WebSphere, DB2, and MQ.
• Proficiency with build and version control tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of security best practices, particularly for UI-to-API integrations.
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of cloud service integration with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in AS400/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with static code analysis tools like CheckMarx, BlackDuck, or WebInspect.
• Understanding of OWASP vulnerabilities and Agile principles.
