Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build HPOS, a greenfield property management platform from scratch
• Develop React 18 frontend applications with TypeScript, Vite, and TanStack Query
• Build Node.js backend services using NestJS or Express with OpenAPI contracts
• Design multi-tenant Postgres schemas and manage migrations with Prisma or Knex
• Implement event-driven workflows on Azure Service Bus with idempotent consumers
• Deploy infrastructure via Bicep and Terraform on Microsoft Azure
• Establish observability with OpenTelemetry, structured logging, and SLO definitions
• Integrate change data capture from Postgres into the data warehouse

Requirements

• Five-plus years of production web application development
• Deep TypeScript expertise including generics, conditional types, and discriminated unions
• Strong React skills including hooks, Suspense, and render optimization
• Production Node.js experience with event loop awareness and structured logging
• Relational data modeling, schema design, and query optimization in Postgres
• API design experience with REST, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, and JWT
• Production Azure, AWS, or GCP experience with app services and observability
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code discipline with automated test gates

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgres extensions such as pgvector, PostGIS, or logical replication
• Lakehouse and BI tooling experience with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI
• Event-sourced architectures, CQRS, or domain-driven design experience
• LLM-assisted engineering with Claude Code or Cursor
• Real estate, property management, or regulated-industry domain experience
• Rust development experience
