Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader and hands-on authority architecting, designing, and implementing highly scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop complex, secure, and performant end-to-end code using Java/Spring Boot for back-end services and React.js for front-end interfaces.
• Design and optimize data layer architectures to ensure high-speed interaction between UI components, backend APIs, and data warehousing layers.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish engineering best practices for junior and mid-level engineers.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Grooming in partnership with Product Owners.
• Lead architectural discussions regarding API security and ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead, team lead, or mentoring capacity.
• Advanced programming knowledge of Java (Back-end) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a heavy focus on React.js.
• Expert-level proficiency in writing and tuning complex SQL for Relational Databases or Data Warehouses.
• Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, GC holder, or H4EAD).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake Data Warehousing architectures and Apigee API Management.
• Professional background in financial reporting, data processing, or merchant services.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
