Full Stack Developer

Fold Health is building an AI-powered healthcare technology platform designed to support Value-Based Care (VBC) programs. By combining advanced data integration, analytics, and intelligent automation, we help providers, payers, and care teams deliver better outcomes and improve patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support platform functionalities
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data teams
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging
• Implement security and compliance best practices including HIPAA and data privacy
• Optimize application performance and user experience across platforms
• Stay updated with emerging web, mobile, and AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in ReactJS and React Native
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting or AI/ML API integration
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of API design, authentication, and integrations
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate AI-powered APIs
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Firebase, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of FHIR standards or healthcare interoperability
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications
• Healthcare domain experience (EHR, claims, ADT, HIPAA compliance)
