About the Company

Exponent is on a mission to redefine energy for electric vehicles. We're building deep tech from India, for the world — engineering batteries, charging networks, and the technologies that enable 15-minute rapid charging for EVs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve external-facing mobile apps using React Native for drivers and customers
• Develop external-facing websites using React for customers and partners
• Create internal optimization tools for monitoring, analytics, and workflow automation
• Develop backend services in Python including APIs, business logic, and data pipelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, hardware, firmware, and operations teams
• Maintain production excellence through debugging, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack exposure
• Proficiency in Python, React, and React Native
• Strong grasp of backend services, RESTful APIs, and databases
• Structured problem-solving skills and a builder's mindset
• Ability to take ownership of projects from specification to production
