Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack applications that operationalize agentic AI solutions within enterprise workflows
• Develop APIs, services, and UI components that expose AI system behavior, state, and decisions
• Build enterprise-grade UIs using modern frameworks to allow users to inspect, approve, and override AI outputs
• Build backend services in Python or Node to orchestrate agent interactions and integrate with LLM APIs and vector databases
• Implement asynchronous workflows, event-driven processing, and robust state management
• Implement logging, tracing, and monitoring to surface evaluation metrics and failure modes in the product UI
• Ensure applications meet enterprise security, authentication, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade full stack applications
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python and Node
• Experience integrating with APIs, async systems, and event-driven architectures
• Exposure to LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, or AI-driven applications
• Ability to design systems under uncertainty and evolving requirements
• Strong instincts regarding maintainability, debuggability, and failure handling
