Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for all lab techniques and responsibilities
• Provide oversight for the operation and maintenance of highly technical equipment
• Contribute to experiment design and execution regarding material properties and processes
• Develop new methods, tools, and techniques to improve laboratory processes
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and oversee corrective actions
• Document data, maintain lab books, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and generate reports
• Access, analyze, and present data during team meetings
• Train and coach new personnel on equipment and laboratory processes

Requirements

• Proven ability to apply scientific and/or engineering methods and best practices
• Strong technical problem-solving skills to resolve routine and non-routine issues
• Experience with experiment design and data analysis
• Ability to write technical documentation, including SOPs and formal reports
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
