Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing websites using Next.js, React, and Node.js optimized for speed, SEO, and conversion
• Develop custom WordPress and Webflow sites including theme/plugin customization and performance tuning
• Architect and deploy full-stack web applications and internal tools using Node.js, Express, and MySQL
• Integrate marketing technologies such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM webhooks
• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, accessibility, and search engine visibility
• Manage end-to-end deployment on AWS including DNS, SSL, CI/CD, and server configuration
• Troubleshoot and fix live issues across front-end, back-end, and third-party integrations

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong backend skills in Node.js, Express, and REST APIs
• Experience with MySQL or SQL schema design and query optimization
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins) and Webflow
• Ability to implement and debug GTM, Meta Pixel, and GA4
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID)
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53), Git, and CI/CD
