Full-Stack Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply, RevOps, and Partner Success teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies
• Model supply gaps, supply quality, and the alignment of supply with demand signals
• Leverage data to track key operational metrics, develop expansion strategies, and forecast capacity for new and existing markets
• Establish operational KPIs and build frameworks to monitor store partner performance and onboarding
• Build modern, internal self-serve data capabilities and improve the Data-Focused Agentic Layer for field and ops teams
• Drive observability and data quality frameworks to ensure stakeholder trust in marketplace metrics
• Manage big data infrastructures, cloud-based analytics platforms, and maintain analytics pipelines

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, math, or engineering) or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science or a similar role
• Strong track record with marketplace or supply-side analytics, including capacity forecasting or geospatial modeling
• Proficiency with data visualization and orchestration tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, or Airflow
• Knowledge of Agentic Tooling, specifically Claude, Jules, or Codex
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building data quality and observability frameworks
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and big data technologies
