Full-Stack Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable product decisions
• Leverage data to track key operational metrics via dashboards, develop expansion strategies, and forecast capacity
• Establish operational KPIs and build frameworks to monitor the performance of store partners
• Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and improve the Data Focused Agentic Layer
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions at scale to drive business growth

Requirements

• Experience with data visualization and orchestration tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, or Airflow
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, big data technologies, and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in Agentic Tooling, specifically Claude, Jules, or Codex
• Experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and customer segmentation frameworks
• Ability to implement sophisticated machine learning solutions and manage cloud-based analytics platforms
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
