Full-Stack Data Scientist

Bounce is building cloud storage for the physical world, starting with the largest global luggage storage network in existence. Their marketplace connects travelers with over 30,000 small business locations worldwide for hyper-local short-term baggage storage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Growth organization to translate analytical insights into action
• Model customer acquisition paths and build multi-touch attribution models to optimize marketing ROI
• Build and own A/B testing tooling and the underlying experimentation data layer
• Develop customer segmentation and personalization frameworks for lifecycle messaging and CRM
• Track and forecast demand-side KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention
• Build pricing intelligence algorithms to enhance profitability
• Maintain analytics pipelines and improve the Data-Focused Agentic Layer
• Advocate for data-driven decisions across the growth organization

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, math, or engineering) or relevant experience
• 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science or a similar role
• Strong track record in marketing/growth analytics, attribution modeling, and experimentation design
• Experience with data visualization and orchestration tools like Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, or Airflow
• Proficiency with data warehousing concepts and big data technologies
• Knowledge of Agentic Tooling such as Claude, Jules, or Codex
• Professional proficiency in English
