Full-stack Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with partners' engineers to define product requirements and specifications
• Develop solutions including design, programming, and testing in collaboration with internal teams
• Integrate solutions into partner products or applications
• Provide customer support, training, demonstrations, and troubleshooting
• Manage projects and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Intermediate level Python experience
• Background in algorithmics and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics)
• Experience in product development related to IT, embedded systems, or AI
• English proficiency (TOEIC 650+)
• Advanced Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience with Linux software development and toolchains (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of Robotics (kinematics, calibration, motion planning)
• Knowledge of Computer Vision and AI (deep learning frameworks)
• Proficiency in CAD and electrical design
