About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade. Through our B2B marketplace and AI systems like FleekSort, we are digitizing the supply chain to make secondhand fashion the first choice and prevent millions of garments from ending up in landfills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship agentic systems and internal tools across commercial, ops, and product pods
• Design production-ready AI agents to automate sourcing, classification, and customer operations
• Extend FleekOS, the internal operating system used by all teams to build tools
• Own features end-to-end from problem identification through scoping, building, and iteration

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional engineering experience shipping production systems
• Strong full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI-driven features in production

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, and React/Next.js
• Experience with data warehousing tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or dbt
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain products
